We are committed to using locally sourced wood for all of our bespoke furniture pieces. We have our own sawmill where we mill the wood ourselves, ensuring that we have complete control over the quality of the wood we use. All of the wood we use is vacuum kiln dried in-house, ensuring that it is of the highest quality and ready to be used in our furniture pieces. By sourcing our wood locally and doing everything in-house, we are able to maintain complete control over the entire process and ensure that we are producing the highest quality bespoke furniture pieces possible.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for bespoke items as they are made-to-order according to your specifications. We take great care to ensure that every piece of furniture we create is of the highest quality and meets your exact requirements. However, if you receive a stock item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
